If there is something wrong with the item, JB Outlet will pay for the return shipping costs. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Shipping: All items will be shipped ground to destinations in the contiguous 48 states. All other destinations will ship United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Express shipping is not available.
