If there is something wrong with the item, JB Outlet will pay for the return shipping costs. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Shipping: $10 for the first item and $7 for each additional item, except for "Quad" items, which are $17, and the "Stack" items (10 items in a "stack"), which are $19.95. All items will be shipped ground. Express shipping is not available. "Ground" applies only to the continental United States. If you are shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, et cetera, please select International Shipping on the Delivery Information page as you check out. Some items can be shipped to Post Office boxes (it depends on the warehouse we ship from), so please contact us in advance if you wish to ship to a PO box.
